Thank you for purchasing with Primitive Gatherings Quilt Shop. Our return policy should you find the need to return is as follows:


Products such as notions, wool, kits (excluding patterns/books) and gift items can be returned with a receipt up to 30 days from Ship Date.


Patterns and Books can not be returned.


You will be refunded by the method in which you paid.


If we have made a mistake in your order and have sent you the wrong item, the return policy above is not in effect for you. Please contact us and will take care of you one on one.
